Vision:
The vision
of the women's team has always been to
incorporate all of our events and ministries
into the whole life of the church. To achieve
that goal we provide a variety of venues to
minister to women and for women to be involved
in ministry. We desire to utilize all of our
gifts to encourage each other to maturity in
Christ.
As women of the
body of Christ we are focused on helping women
grow in maturity in their God given gifts,
talents and call, while also growing in a
personal and authentic relationship with Jesus
Christ.
Community life:
There are a
number of small groups for women ongoing. These
provide the backbone of community life in the
Vineyard. Topics vary from semester to semester
with plenty of variety for all interests. New
groups are forming regularly. For a current

page.
Connect:
To
facilitate forming relationships, there are a
number of connect events sponsored, including
two pot luck breakfasts each year, one in winter
and one in the fall to kick off the new season.
These are times of worship, fellowship and
encouragement with plenty of food for all. Come
on out and make some new friends.
Newsletter:
A newsletter
was launched this past year to help keep
connection and communication flowing among the
women of VCFGP. This is a bi-monthly
publication with articles and updates on
upcoming events.
Going Deeper:
Annual Retreat
Taking
relationships further and facilitating deeper
spiritual growth, the womens ministry sponsors
an annual weekend retreat, usually held in
October. These have been wonderful times of
connection and refreshment for all, always
looked forward to with great anticipation by
those who have been in the past. Come join us
this year!
