Debra grew up
in Portland, Maine and is a graduate of
Deering High School. She was actively
involved in her youth group, participating
in choir tours and puppet ministry. Deb
attended Gordon College and is pursuing her
degree in Childhood Education at USM. Along
with Directing the Children’s Ministry,
Debra is a full-time stay at home mother.
God brought Deb and Kevin together through
Kevin’s cousin, who was also Deb’s best
friend at Gordon. They were married in
September, 1997, and call Gorham, Maine home
along with their son Zachary and
daughters Madelyn and Lily.
Having been
part of the church body at VCFGP for six
years, Kevin and Deb served as Team
Facilitators in Children’s Ministry for the
past three years. They also co-lead a
weekly small group in their home.
Debra has a passion for Children’s
Ministries, specifically to help kids
recognize the dreams and purpose God has
planned for each of them. They want to see
children unlock their potential and begin
their journey with God at a young age, by
helping to equip, empower, engage, and
excite them about their walk with Him,
teaching them to have a personal
relationship with Christ.
