He is the director of e3 Portland a leadership institute sponsored by VCFGP, a member
of the IAM (International Association of Missions) Advisory Board, and has served on the Vineyard eastern region Healthy Church Task Force.

Mario and his wife Ruth have been married for 27 years and have four children,

Ruth Maston was born and raised in Maine, and after graduating from Bible College in Massachusetts with a major in Christian Service, she moved to England to be part of a church plant, where she and Mario met and were later married. While living in England Ruth worked in an administrative capacity for British Telecom.

Ruth has served in a variety of ministries at VCFGP. She led the Women’s ministry for several years providing fresh vision and building a core leadership team before handing on the lead role. She has spoken at worship services and women’s retreats, led bible studies and small groups, and developed a curriculum for prayer ministry.
